His thorough knowledge of the Data Master has given him an advantage in challenging those chemists and an insight into the science involved in an alcohol charge. He often hires expert chemists to provide a detailed account of whether the Data Master was operating properly, and what a driver’s real blood alcohol content was at the time they were driving, not just the time they were tested at the police station.
